I believe the best creative leadership sits at the intersection of people, ideas, and systems—giving teams the clarity and confidence to create work that is distinctive, meaningful, and built to scale.

With 15+ years across sports, retail, beauty, and global markets, I’ve evolved from hands-on design and art direction into creative leadership—leading designers, directing agency partners, building brand systems, and translating strategy into strong creative work.

My career has been global. I studied design in Sydney and have built and directed creative across Seoul, London, San Francisco, and Richmond. Working across markets taught me that strong brands need both consistency and flexibility: a clear foundation that remains recognizable while giving teams room to make the brand relevant to different audiences.

As Creative Director for DHC’s UK launch, I led a four-person creative team through a full market entry, adapting a Japanese beauty brand for a new audience while maintaining its global identity. That experience, along with working across DHC’s US, UK, and Korea teams, shaped how I think about brand systems today—strong enough to create consistency, flexible enough to travel.

I bring both sides of the discipline: the ability to shape the big creative direction and the design expertise to understand how that direction needs to work in practice.

Most of all, I believe strong creative teams are built on trust, clarity, and collaboration. I build the structure that helps teams move faster without losing what makes the work distinctive—and I invest in the people around me so they have the space and confidence to push it further.
