Supporting a global brand across markets while protecting the visual and strategic foundations that make it recognizable.
Challenge: As the company expands its operations globally through regional branches, the headquarters faces the challenge of translating a unified brand vision into actionable, locally effective strategies while maintaining consistency and scalability.
My role: Drawing on my experience and understanding of both the European and Korean markets, I transitioned to the U.S. branch to provide creative guidance to local designers in the US, UK, and Korea. I focused on translating brand direction into clear visual expressions while considering audience, channel, and local context.
Approach: I focused on strategic planning, execution, and design development for a wide range of integrated marketing campaigns to create a cohesive brand identity. My creative solutions were centered on addressing the market's unique needs.
Impact: Global creative work depends on clear principles. When teams understand what is foundational and where flexibility is intentional, local adaptation can strengthen rather than dilute the brand.
